Three night stay
Quaint resort with a beautiful beach front and restaurants out on the water. Attentive staff and good food at the restaurant. For $80/night and free breakfast it's a good deal.
Facilities are dated and a little run down. It needs a remodel. The room was comfortable but there were a lot of cobwebs and dirt. The cleaning staff needs to do a deep clean.

Very Good
The staff was kind and helpful, especially Andrew. The food are excellent, fresh fish and the prices are reasonable. The view is amazing Sunset and sunrise are incredible.

We enjoyed every minute there.
It is an excellent location for other activities on the island. Friendly staff and nice meals. Only a few mosquitos. The vibes of the area are fantastic, and the bungalows near the water have a romantic feeling.
The beds were short, so I had to lay down slightly crosswise. The air conditioning could be more quiet. The tap electrocutes you. But this is Pemba, Africa; we love it. :)

Nice peaceful hotel but far from everything
This is a nice peaceful hotel but not close to ANYTHING- so if you just want to relax and pretty much eat at the hotel (no restaurant near by) and be able to walk across many pristine empty beaches for a few days this would be ideal place to stay. The tide goes up and down depending of course when you stay at the hotel) so when the tide is down the main beach of the hotel is a seaweed farm and you cannot go swimming, but when the tide is up the beach is beautiful. Food was hit or miss depending on what you order. Great hot showers with plenty of water pressure and comfortable beds. Hotel offers several excursions if you want to get out for the day- we took 2.
